FINDS TENANT ONLY OPTION

With the rent collection agreement, we will take care of advertising your property through traditional and digital marketing in order to find new suitable tenants that you can trust to move in. 

We will deal with vetting the prospective tenant(s), verifying all the required documentation and collecting the deposit and advanced rent on your behalf. Thereafter, we will keep collecting the rent and moving the money to your bank with just 6% + VAT agency fee.

You will still be responsible of the property maintenance operations and occasional issues that might arise for the tenants.
